These Terms & Conditions govern the participation in photography competitions organized by IndiePhotoPlay Private Limited through www.indiephotoplay.com. By registering and submitting an entry, every participant agrees to comply with the following terms.

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to participants worldwide.
• Participants must be 13 years of age or older.

2. Competition Timeline

• Competition schedules, submission deadlines, voting dates, and result announcements will be published on the respective competition page.
• IndiePhotoPlay reserves the right to modify competition dates if required.

3. Entry Submission

• Entries must be submitted before the deadline mentioned on the competition page.
• Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
• Participants may enter multiple competitions or submit multiple entries where permitted. Each entry may require a separate participation fee.

4. Entry Requirements

• All submitted photographs must be original work created by the participant.
• Participants must own all rights to the submitted content.
• Entries containing watermarks, logos, offensive content, or copyright violations may be rejected.
• Accepted formats include JPG, JPEG, and PNG, with a maximum file size of 10 MB.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

• Participants retain full ownership of their submitted photographs.
• By participating, participants grant IndiePhotoPlay Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, publish, reproduce, and promote the submitted entries for competition, marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.

6. Judging & Results

• The competition follows a community voting system, where participants can vote for eligible entries during the voting period.
• Participants may vote for any eligible entry, including their own submission, unless otherwise specified.
• Once a vote has been submitted, it cannot be changed or withdrawn.
• Winners will be determined based on the highest number of valid votes received.
• IndiePhotoPlay reserves the right to remove invalid or fraudulent votes, disqualify entries involved in unfair practices, and its decision regarding the competition results shall be final and binding.

7. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified through email, phone, WhatsApp, or official social media channels.
• Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

8. Awards & Recognition

• Awards, certificates, recognitions, or other benefits may vary depending on the competition and will be announced on the respective competition page.
• IndiePhotoPlay reserves the right to modify, substitute, postpone, or withdraw any award or recognition without prior notice.

9. Publicity

• By participating, participants agree that their name, submitted work, and related information may be used by IndiePhotoPlay for promotional, marketing, editorial, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

10. Disqualification

IndiePhotoPlay reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry that:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Contains false, misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
• Infringes any intellectual property or third-party rights.
• Attempts to manipulate voting or competition results through fraudulent means.

11. Limitation of Liability

IndiePhotoPlay Private Limited shall not be liable for technical failures, internet interruptions, data loss, or any unforeseen circumstances that may affect participation or competition results.

12. Modification & Cancellation

IndiePhotoPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel any competition or these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

By participating in any competition conducted by IndiePhotoPlay Private Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
