At IndiePhotoPlay, we primarily deal with digital deliverables, and no physical goods are shipped unless otherwise specified. Here’s how we manage digital and physical deliverables:
All competition entries, results, certificates, and any other materials related to our services are provided digitally. Participants will receive their digital content through the email address they provide during registration or by accessing their accounts on the IndiePhotoPlay website.
For certain special or grand competitions, IndiePhotoPlay may choose to send physical goodies or rewards to participants. However, this is not guaranteed and will be specified if applicable for that specific competition.
In such cases, participants will be contacted for shipping details, and any shipment will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that while we may offer physical rewards in some competitions, this is not compulsory and is subject to availability. The majority of our deliverables will remain digital.
